This Avantco 177HDSP6 replacement plate for hot dog steamers works with your unit to prevent the hot dogs from coming into contact with the heating element. It has many small holes to allow for the transfer of steam and heat, but still prevents unwanted contact between the hot element or water and your freshly steamed hot dogs.
