It is designed for performance against Class K combustible kitchen cooking media fires. This 6 liter unit is designed to supplement fire suppression systems, helping to handle difficult fires in busy commercial kitchens. It utilizes a 360 degree mist discharge stream that prevents splashing for a contained flow.

This extinguisher has an operable temperature range of -40 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit to effectively work in a variety of climates, while the discharge range of 8' to 12' allows you to safely fight fires from a distance. It boasts an efficient operating pressure of 100 PSI. This extinguisher's heavy-duty chrome-plated brass valve and stainless steel handle and lever are extremely durable. It also boasts a rugged stainless steel cylinder and base.

For easy use, this unit has a large stainless steel pull ring pin. This is combined with an easy-to-read, 2-piece nameplate for simple operation in the event of an emergency. The discharge hose is designed for operator safety with a non-metal finger guard and a protective nozzle orifice seal. To easily recharge your extinguisher, it has a simple hex valve collar tightening ring. It meets DOT requirements if you wish to transport it on a vehicle (bracket sold separately).
