The probe's 2" long, 2.2 mm diameter needle tip is perfect for direct insertion applications such as for use with meats. It is capable of reading a temperature range from -40 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

This probe features a rugged design for dependable performance and quick results. Connect it to a compatible thermocouple thermometer (sold separately) and receive accurate internal food temperature readings in as little as 4 seconds. The maximum temperature of the probe's tip, handle, and cable is 400 degrees Fahrenheit. A flexible 120" armored cable provides exceptional durability and allows for an impressive reach to ensure that any job is done with ease.
