It provides a 24 hour yield of 142 lb. of soft, flake ice and can store up to 36 lb. of ice at a time in the built-in ice bin with an ergonomic sliding access door. Plus, since it is only 15" wide it will fit in nearly any space. It is also front-breathing for increased flexibility when it comes to installation.

This unit produces flake ice rather than solid cubes. Due to its shape and size, flake ice easily conforms to assume the shape of any container and to efficiently surround food you're keeping cold! It also chills more quickly than other ice forms, making it great for keeping food cold in seafood, salad bar, or beverage service applications. With this unit's capacity, the ice it produces is great for filling a beverage tub to ice down chilled bottles of your customers' favorite drinks at a cafe, or creating a frosty seafood tower for Sunday brunch.
