Use the Robertshaw 5500 M series infinite switch to replace a broken infinite control and ensure that your unit maintains the proper temperature at all times. The infinite control allows you to easily adjust the temperature of your kitchen equipment. This item replaces the infinite control on a variety of compatible equipment and features a small, compact profile designed to adapt to common application specifications. It's rated at 100W-3,600W at 120V and 15A at 210 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a D stem type with a 2 1/8" stem length. It boasts a maximum ambient temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
