The Vollrath 69521 drop-in induction cooker range has 100 settings for precise cooking control. It can be set to a power level or a temperature setting. Accommodating pans up to 10 1/4" bottom diameter, this unit is designed for non-stop cooking with its continuous duty induction circuitry. The circuitry is firewall protected, with oversized fans and a 18 gauge heavy-duty 18-8 stainless steel casing. This unit features a 1-180 minute timer. The unit shuts off at the end of the cycle. This drop- in induction range cooker comes with a 6' power cord, a 5' remote control cord and operates on 208/240V.
