This fine tip probe has an impressive temperature range of -100 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It provides precise readings in just 1 second when immersed in liquids. It is recommended that the probe not be used with chemicals and other products of high acidity or alkalinity, including citrus and tomato food items. The probe features a direct connect design, attaching directly to your thermocouple instrument (sold separately).
