Slice through meats and cheeses to create better sandwiches with this Globe GSO12 medium duty open body manual slicer. Designed with anodized aluminum, the unit features a 12" carbon steel knife, which is engineered to create slices up to 1 1/16" thick. Thickness is adjustable to suit your desired outcome. Thanks to a generous 18 1/4" x 8" receiving platter, this slicer can accommodate product up to 11" x 5 1/2", or 8" diameter. This unit's open body design features full clearance under the knife, offering plenty of space to build sandwiches on the go or slice for deli trays. This slicer's tray allows you to stack, shingle, and assemble slices with ease.

This belt-driven slicer is equipped with a front-mounted meat grip and a heavy front-mounted end weight that allow you to easily load and unload product. It includes a gravity feed chute that conveniently guides product to be sliced or can be removed when it's not in use. A removable slice deflector ensures slices stay in the correct place, while a permanently attached ring guard prevents employee injury by covering the edge of the slicer's blade.

Inside of the slicer, a 2/5 hp motor provides the power you need to cut meats for up to 6 hours and cheeses for up to 3 hours each day. To ensure your machine's blades remain sharp, this slicer includes a sharpener stored directly on the unit for convenience. Non-slip rubber feet and an anodized aluminum base keep it securely in place during use to keep operators safe. Plus, an ergonomic handle reduces operator fatigue during periods of prolonged use. For added safety and control, this slicer comes standard with a food fence to hold round or rectangular products in place while you slice. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
